Annual General Meeting:

As you may already be aware, our Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) traditionally takes place in July each year. However, due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic we have decided to postpone this year’s meeting to prevent unnecessary travel and best protect our members, board and staff. We will reschedule this year’s AGM for a date in September, to meet our regulatory requirement of holding an AGM within 15 months of the previous year’s meeting. We will confirm the date as soon as we are able to.

Update on our operations:

On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak a global pandemic. We want to take this opportunity to reassure our customers and business partners.

Our operations in Bristol are running as scheduled. We continue to monitor the situation and will take all precautions needed to ensure the safety of our employees and the continuity of our operations. Below are highlights of actions we are requesting of our employees both office based and field based:

- Our frontline staff are working from home and responding to any enquiries you may have. We do not anticipate any impact to our day to day operations.

- We have instigated a hold on all travel.

- We request that customers avoid travel to our facilities until further notice.

- All employees have access to our COVID-19 awareness and prevention stance and all are recommended safe hygiene practices in line with government recommendations.
